Personal space may mean time physically alone, or it can mean getting time emotionally separate from others. Everyone has a different need for personal space, and depending on your lifestyle, you may find you normally get too much or not enough. Too much, and you feel lonely, disconnected and unloved. Not enough, and you feel frustrated, suffocated and overwhelmed. But surprisingly few of us are aware of the amount of space we need, or how to get that amount and no more. This is the third element of the Living Harmoniously with Other Humans module. It gives you ideas for ensuring you and those around you can get the right amount of personal space for you, whether that's a lot or not much at all, without arguments.
